Return Policy

What items are returnable?

• Non-Prescription (frame only) purchases (frames must have original Jonas Paul Eyewear demo lenses inserted to be accepted as a return)
• Within 30 days of receipt of your delivery date
• New and Unworn condition
• In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

• Orders where the frames have been filled with prescription lenses, either by Jonas Paul Eyewear or an outside lab.
• Once prescription lenses have been put into a frame (by Jonas Paul Eyewear or an outside lab), that order is then considered a custom order, and we do not accept returns.
• Nerdwax, Anti-Fog Wipes, and Lens Cleaner are non-refundable

Are there any charges for return?

• There is no fee for a return! Jonas Paul Eyewear will provide one return label per order. Note: Return shipping is not covered for international returns.
• Original shipping is non-refundable
• Jonas Paul Eyewear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within ten business days.
